Our Service Policies
At CareFriends Hospitality, we believe in clear communication, transparency, and trust. These policies help ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client we serve. Please review the guidelines below before booking your cleaning or personal assistant services.
Scheduling Policies
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• You will receive a confirmation message after scheduling.
• Appointment windows are typically 1–2 hours, depending on location and service type.
• If we are running behind due to traffic or previous appointments, we will notify you immediately.
Deposit Policy
• A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward your final service balance.
• Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.
Payment Policy
• Remaining balance is due at the start of service.
• We accept: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and card payments.
• Failure to pay at the start of service may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.
• Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Rescheduling Policy
• You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours may require a new deposit.
Access Requirements
• Clients must provide safe, reliable access to the home at the scheduled time.
• If we cannot access the home within 15 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no‑show.
• No‑show appointments result in loss of deposit and may incur an inconvenience fee.
What We Clean
We provide detailed, hospitality‑level cleaning for:
• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Bedrooms
• Living areas
• Floors
• Baseboards
• Appliances (exterior or interior depending on service type)
What We Do Not Clean
For safety and liability reasons, we do not:
• Remove mold
• Clean bodily fluids
• Clean infested homes (roaches, bed bugs, fleas, etc.)
• Lift heavy furniture
• Clean areas requiring a ladder over 2–3 steps
• Clean exterior windows
• Handle hazardous materials
Personal Assistant Services Include
• Errands
• Grocery shopping
• Home organization
• Laundry support
• Meal prep assistance
• Home check‑ins
• Paperwork sorting
• Light household tasks
Personal Assistant Limitations
For safety and liability, we do not:
• Transport clients
• Handle medical care
• Administer medication
• Provide childcare
• Manage finances or banking
• Handle confidential legal documents
Inconvenience Fee Policy
An inconvenience fee may be applied if:
• The home is significantly dirtier than described
• The home is not ready for service (clutter, trash, laundry, etc.)
• We must wait more than 15 minutes for access
• Additional tasks are added on‑site without prior notice
• Pets are not secured and cause delays
This fee compensates for additional time, labor, and schedule disruption.
Before We Arrive
To ensure the best results:
• Pick up personal items from floors and surfaces
• Secure pets
• Ensure water and electricity are available
• Provide accurate instructions for entry
• Communicate any special requests in advance
Our Promise
